ARCHITECTURE

This project is a mixed-use development in Zugdidi, based on simple cubic forms inspired by the surrounding mountains and the nature of the Samegrelo region. A clear structural grid defines the architecture, combining order with flexibility.

Transparent ground levels connect the building to the city, while terraces and greenery soften the geometry. The result is a clean, modern composition that balances simplicity with a strong connection to its natural context.

CONCEPT

This project is based on the simplicity, creating a clean and balanced architectural form through stacked volumes. Inspired by the landscapes of the Samegrelo region, the design integrates greenery into terraces and rooftops, reflecting the area’s mountains and lush nature. The result is a minimal, modern structure that blends geometry with the region landscape.

FACADE DETAILS

The façade is defined by a clear grid of cubic modules, expressing the project’s geometric concept with precision and rhythm. Large glazed panels maximize transparency and natural light. Integrated balconies, open staircases, and planted terraces break the rigidity of the grid. Greenery is woven into the façade, softening the architecture and reinforcing the connection to nature.

3D MODEL

This axonometric model shows how the cubic towers sit on a shared podium, integrating with the surrounding urban fabric. Central green spaces and pedestrian paths create a connected, human-scale environment, balancing clear geometry with landscape.
