ARCHITECTURE

This project is a brandy and chacha factory that emerges seamlessly from the landscape, where form and function are intrinsically linked. The building integrates with the site by partially embedding into the ground, while its mass transforms into a green, walkable surface that extends the natural topography. Transparent façades open the interior to the surroundings, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the cellar and maintaining a strong visual connection to the environment. The result is a low-profile yet expressive building that balances functionality with sensory experience—where production, tasting, and landscape coexist in a unified architectural language.

CONCEPT

The building’s geometry is shaped by its two primary functions—the production of brandy and chacha—which lift and fold the form into a fluid, continuous gesture. This movement defines clear entrances and circulation paths while framing expansive views of the surrounding terrain. Soft, curving lines guide visitors through the space, creating a seamless flow between different programs and blurring the boundary between interior and exterior. The concept emphasizes continuity, transformation, and integration, expressing the process and experience of the program through a dynamic architectural form.

FACADE DETAILS

The façade is defined by continuous horizontal lines and large glazed surfaces that create openness and strong visual connections to the landscape. Slim overhangs provide shading and the layered composition of glass and slabs gives depth, balancing transparency with a clean, fluid expression.
