ARCHITECTURE

ARCHITECTURE

This project is a contemporary mixed-use tower designed to redefine the urban skyline. The building combines residential and commercial functions within a compact and efficient footprint.

The structure is articulated by three vertical frames. Recessed balconies and glazed surfaces maximize natural light and views. The volumes are carefully proportioned to optimize solar exposure and respond to planning regulations, creating a slender and dynamic architectural presence within the city.

CONCEPT

CONCEPT

The main concept was inspired by the data center and its attributes, exploring how function can be translated into architectural form and spatial organization. The project investigates how the logic, structure, and efficiency of a data center can inform the design of a space that supports living, resting, and working – creating an environment that is both comfortable and highly functional.

SKETCH

This architectural sketch utilizing a triple-frame composition to break down the building’s mass into an efficient, modular rhythm. The drawing emphasizes a “server rack” typology, where the verticality of the structure mimics the stacked organization of a data center.
