ARCHITECTURE

The architecture of this residential project is defined by an elegant, roundish silhouette that follows the natural slope of the downhill site. The structure features a series of flowing horizontal plates that create a rhythmic, premium feel.

A defining element of the design is the lush, integrated greenery that wraps around every level of the building. These continuous terraced gardens act as a vertical forest, softening the stone and glass edges while providing a natural cooling effect for the residents. This not only enhances the building’s organic beauty but also ensures that the project feels like a natural extension of the hillside, offering a private, green greenery in the heart of the city.

CONCEPT

The concept for this project is centered on reimagining the residential tower as an, organic extension of the natural slope. By moving away from the rigid, boxy shapes, the design uses soft, rounded geometries. The core idea is to blend high-end luxury with nature. By prioritizing these sweeping curves with terraces, the project creates a unique, premium landmark that offers a calm, sophisticated contrast to the dense urban environment.

FACADE DETAILS

The facade is defined by a rhythmic layering of white, roundish floor plates that wrap continuously around the building. These horizontal bands are softened by integrated perimeter planters filled with lush grasses and shrubs. High-performance, floor-to-ceiling curved glass walls dissolve the boundary, flooding the apartments with soft, natural light.

3D MODEL

This axonometric 3D model illustrates the strategic placement of the two residential volumes as they adapt to the site’s steep downhill topography. The diagram highlights how the architecture mimics the natural environment, with the rounded floor plates perfectly echoing the underlying contour lines of the landscape.
